When We Ship Orders
We'll ship your order within 1 - 3 business days from the original purchase date. Please note we only ship orders during our normal business hours. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays will be processed on the following business day. If you have a special shipping request, be sure to include clear instructions for us in the notes field located in your cart.
You'll receive a confirmation email to verify your order was received, and then you'll receive a shipping email when we send it your way. Please keep an eye on your email—including your spam/junk folder—for these messages.
As a general rule, allow for 2 - 6 business days for your package to arrive once we ship it.
Shipping Rates
All items will be shipped by USPS using the lowest rates available. Rates are always shifting, so changes in shipping costs from order to order are not out of the ordinary.
Your Responsibilities
Accuracy of Information
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or shipping information, your order processing may be delayed. If your package is returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address you will be responsible for the additional shipping fee.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with your order. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Boutique No. 443 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you receive a notification that your package has been delivered and you have not yet received it yet, please contact the shipping provider immediately. For an additional fee of $1.99 you can add a signature requirement to your package at the time of checkout.
Shipping Delays
Boutique No. 443 is not responsible for any delays due to local disruptions. If you've received our shipping notification and your package has not arrived within 2 - 6 business days, please contact the shipping provider.
Damaged & Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately using the information provided below. Retain your confirmation email (i.e., receipt), as well as the packaging it arrived in. Don't wear, wash, or remove the original tags from your item(s).
We'll then instruct you on how to ship your items back to us.
Local Pickup
If you select local pickup at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email when your items are ready. We will hold your purchase at the Boutique for 7 days. You can pick up your package during our normal business hours. If you have a special request for pick up, please send an email to info@boutique443.com.
- You will need your confirmation email as proof of purchase
- You can also send someone else to pick up your order as long as they have your name and confirmation email
If your order is not picked up within 7 days from the time you received our notification email, we will contact you for delivery instructions.
If you accidentally select pickup and wanted shipping—or vice versa—please contact us immediately using the information provided below. We cannot guarantee that we'll be able to update the delivery method.
