At Boutique No. 443, we want to bring you a personalized shopping experience filled with fashionable and trendy items from quality brands. This results in our merchandise changing frequently, as well as many styles selling out soon after arrival. In order to achieve our overall mission, our return policy is outlined below. We ask that you review it any time you are making a purchase from our store. Thanks for shopping with us!
Overview
Whether purchased in-store or online, any item must be returned within 10 days of the original purchase for a refund. Your item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed, free of odors/stains/debris, and have all of the original tags attached. You must also have your receipt or proof of purchase. If your items meet these standards, a refund will be made in the form of a merchandise exchange or a store credit only (in the form of a gift card). No credit card or cash refunds will be given. Shipping costs associated with your original purchase are non-refundable.
Ineligible Items
The following items are not eligible for return. They are considered final sale at the time of purchase.
- Non-clothing items
- Items purchased on sale.
- Gift cards of any amount
How to Start a Return
In-Store Returns
If you'd like to return your item in-person, please visit our physical location on 443 3rd Street in Beaver, PA during normal business hours. Bring your item(s) with the original tags still attached, as well as your original receipt or proof of purchase. We'll evaluate the condition of your items and determine if they are eligible for a refund. If they are, we'll issue you a merchandise exchange or a store credit only (in the form of a gift card).
Shipped Returns
When shipping a return item back to us, please consider using a trackable shipping service, purchasing shipping insurance, and selecting ‘Return Signature Required’. Sorry, but we cannot be responsible for packages not received.
Please send an email to info@boutique443.com to notify us of your return. This allows us to be on the lookout for it. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that it was received, approved, and processed.
We will email you a gift card credit within 1 - 2 days.
